Edinburgh Memorials
As noted in the sabbatical report, I visited Edinburgh in November 2017, primarily to consider the Scottish National War Memorial in Edinburgh Castle. This is however in the context of a capital city fully of memorials.
Photography is not allowed inside the National War Memorial. Anyone interested in the interior and its decoration is recommended to get hold of the beautifully illustrated book on the subject by Duncan Macmillan.
